Updated Review: While at first i had a bad experience with this Salon, in response to my complaint (see below: original review), the manager contacted me straight away and offered me the option to come back for the same service for free and he also offered an extra service as a gift to make up for my bad experience with them. I really appreciated this gesture, so I am changing my review from 1 to 4 stars (cannot give five because the initial service was indeed bad). To encounter this kind of effort is increasingly rare. Thank you. ----Original Review (for which I had given one star): I had the worst pedicure in a long time. I spent almost 60$ and lost two hours of my time for nothing. I am furious. At first I thought my feet looked ok. Then I came back home and they were exactly as before the pedicure: generally my feet are soft and the callous removed after a pedicure. Not in this case. Same for my toes: like if I hadn’t had any treatment at all. The nail lacquer was too thick, too and I had to remove it because it looked awful. I cannot believe this. It made me very sad. And what a pity because last time I went the other girl had done a fantastic job. So so disappointed above all for the loss of money 🙁read more

I went to The Ten Spot for the first time yesterday.I have to say the staff is amazing! Eleonore, the receptionist, is just adorable! She was always ready to help. Chloe provided me with precious advice on how to take care of my skin. I've been having major breakouts lately and she was able to explain why. Melina is also an expert of laser hair removal. She took the time to understand my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place! Great staff and amazing service!read more

By far the cleanest and nicest salon I ever had been in Montreal. It's a bit more expensive than other salons, but the experience was totally worth it. Had a nice glass of wine while talking to the friendly staff. I discovered MY new spot for beauty services.read more

This place is amazing! I have gotten 3 laser treatments here so far and I am obsessed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and makes you feel very comfortable.I got my laser done by Chloe and I highly reccomend her. I have received laser treatments from other places in the past, and I can say that the laser they use at the Ten Spot is the most effective and I have gotten the most hair loss per treatment compared to others. Lastly, the place is super clean and I love the conveniance of being able to book online. 100% in my book 🙂read more

At first I was debating on doing laser because I have a low pain tolerance, but after having doing my underarm laser treatments, it did not hurt at all! (Little pitches but they were really tolerable for me). I usually get them done by Rebecca and she's honestly amazing at answering any questions I have. The atmosphere is more than amazing, the staff are super welcoming and very chatty with you, everything is so clean and proper. I recently bought the Malvados flip flops they sell and I can say they are very comfortable. If you're not sure about what colour to get, the staff will help you figure out what colour suits you best! Honestly I love this place so much!❤read more

Location is very accessible. Very immaculate and clean place. Customer service was great. Staff was professional, friendly and very smiley. Complimentary drinks easily makes every guest feeling pampered. I had my very first manicure ever there and enjoyed my experience. I came back home and noticed an imperfection on the nails and called back for the correction/touch up. It appointment was done without hassle and received and equally pleasant service when I came back. The biggest highlights of both visits is how the staff made sure that everything was to my liking. Just had my first gel manicure done by Chloe, my nails look awesome, but the best part was friendliness and cleanliness! I got there early and was welcomed to wait inside while choosing the gel color. Chloe explained every step and made sure I was ok with how the manicure was going, very professional. I started coming here in the summer. What a gem! It all starts with their website; which is detailed and user friendly. You don’t even have to call to book an appointment, you can do it yourself online which is a plus.When you actually get to the location, you’re greeted with a smile and a drink offer which is a nice touch. A coffee, some water a mimosa whatever it is you got it.I can’t speak for all their estheticians but my go to girl is Marie-Anne. She’s completely professional and pleasant. You can tell she loves what she does. She’s insightful and always offer up great conversations.The place is EXTREMELY CLEAN, and is pedestrian friendly. Book an appointment & have them pamper you. First time there and I really like it! On time, good atmosphere and the girls were nice and smiley! I made pedicure for 45 mins and the results is very satisfactory, We should have waited more until the nail colour dried but thats okay I had a nice service after all and definitely going back againread more
