I have been a regular at this Ten Spot location for a few months now and they really are worth the extra money. Their salon is always clean and every single staff member I've had has done an incredible job – not to mention that they are all so friendly and welcoming! After a decade of waxing my underarms and dealing with constant ingrown hairs no exfoliator could fix plus major irritation, Tracy convinced me to try laser… and I am SO GLAD I did! After just 4 laser sessions, the majority of my underarm hair is GONE! Tracy is always so patient and explains every single step throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Tracy's laser and waxing services – and honestly every other staff member that works here, too. I have had not a single bad experience! Thank you guys so much!!!

First time visiting and Zahra is amazing! I got a lash lift and eyebrow lift, and the results are stunning. My lashes look so lifted and defined, and my brows have the perfect shape. She’s professional, detail-oriented, and makes you feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend!

We had my daughter Charlotte’s 7th birthday party at The Ten Spot (Yonge & Lawrence) with eight of her friends, and it was fantastic! Danielle helped organize everything, and the staff were amazing—patient, kind, and fun. They did nails in small groups, letting the kids pick their polish. When one friend accidentally chipped her nail, the staff fixed it right away and made her feel special. They truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend them for kids’ parties—or any visit!

Tracy is the absolute best! I’ve been to quite a few different tenspot locations but because of Tracy I’ve stuck to this one. She is so amazing with the laser and really makes sure to get all the hairs. If ur hesitant to start laser, then please book with Tracy! She will make the process and comfortable as possible 🙂

I'm a regular here for waxing.....just makes my life easier. The space and staff are always bright and cheerful when you walk in, and Carly is always super prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.....I mean frankly, it's a bit of an awkward encounter by nature, haha, but she makes it a quick and even pleasant experience, because we always end up laughing at something. Its always a thorough job, never experienced any type of issue, and its always very clean. The tvs in the room and the little prep wipes they leave you are a nice touch. Oh, and they give a discount for booking your next appointment on your way out! Quite happy to keep coming back. 🙂
