I started taking my preteen daughter to this location for upper lip threading and our experience has been absolutely phenomenal with Carly. We live 20 minutes away with many other places to go but Carly is worth the drive. She is kind, personable,... attentive and always does a little extra for my daughter. I normally do my own manicures, but when I need a gel one for travel endurance or looking good when I'm showing my art, I go pro. I have been going to this Ten Spot location routinely for mani / pedi for over 2 years now, and I always feel pampered... and well looked after. Ten Spot at Yonge & Lawrence is always spotless. My previous experiences with some of the other nail bars in North Toronto have been like the stuff of comedy routines. Here, all the aestheticians make me feel like my business is appreciated! They keep track of the colours I use, they know when I have a trip or a show coming up and always ask about them. (And when I mess something up, or the gel doesn't set properly, they fix it without hesitation!) I really appreciate that when I come out of there, I feel like a million bucks! Love going to this location because it’s so close to my work. Everyone is always so welcoming and nice and has a smile on their face right as you walk in. Such a fun and cute location! I’ve been twice for manicure and eyelash lift & tint. Both visits were with Megan B. She is the BEST. My manicure lasts so long every time. I have been going here since they’ve open this branch after pandemic closures and been a X- Club member for quite some time now. My girl Kyra does the best nail art and Katrina, the owner does the best color-match to all my nail ideas. Always have a... blast going to this place, staff are all friendly and very approachable. I feel like I’m just catching up with my girlfriends whenever I go for an appointment. The place is immaculate too, clean bathrooms, waxing rooms, mani and pedi stations. 5 out 5 recommend!read more

All of the staff at this Ten Spot location are friendly, professional, and provide quality services. Also, I have always found the location to be clean and well-sanitized & well-organized.I usually have my spa services completed by Carly and... Alyssa, and I always love the results! On top of liking my spa service results, the location provides excellent customer service, communication, and (when needed) spa service suggestions. I had an anti aging facial done by ilgin and it was absolutely phenomenal! She walked me through step by step what she was doing and putting on my face as she went, she was super gentle and made me feel very comfortable. All the products felt and... smelled great. I had the best facial ever! Alyssa was exceptional. She was thorough, gentle, and told you what she was doing every step of the way. I was so relaxed by the time she was done.
