I had an amazing waxing experience with Nicole at the Whitby location. She was very skilled, thorough and professional. I am very particular, having dark hair on light skin, and Nicole made sure that I was completely clean before letting me leave. Definitely the most comfortable waxing experience... I have ever had. The owners were also present, introduced themselves and ensured I had had a good experience.read more

I have been here several times for a pedicure. The place is very clean and modern, the staff are very friendly and the quality of services is great. Marlene, the owner, is the cherry on top! She is warm and welcoming, it is clear that she cares about her customers and their experience. We've had... great experiences with many of the nail technicians, especially Anna! (Update December 2023)Love my Christmas mani by Anna- see photos. Anna is amazing. The staff are friendly. The salon is always clean and sterile. The prices are maybe a wee bit more than other salons but thr quality here is amazing and they are not rushing you out the door. Again feeling like a... 10!(Update: August 2023) Nailed it again! Look at the design Anna created for my gel polish (Colour: Mimosa) mani! A great summer look! Always a pleasure at the ten spot Whitby.Sterile and clean. Friendly staff. Anna is an incredible estetician who made me feel like a 10! Reasonable pricing. Loved my experience and love all the orange!read more

Every time I leave Ten Spot, I leave happy - and stare at my nails! Anna always does a meticulous, creative and flawless job on my bio gel overlay. And also it is such a beautiful, absolutely spotless space and friendly atmosphere in the bar as well. Totally recommend it.

This was by far the BEST pedicure I have ever received! My appointment started on time, I could see brand new tools being used, and the pedicure service was thorough and relaxing.. I don’t think my feet have looked or felt better! My favourite part was the exfoliating beads with foot massage..... trust me you’ll love it! Kyla took her time while painting my toes and it really shows.. I can’t believe how precise and beautifully my nails were shaped and painted! On top of that, she is a wonderful person who I could chat with for hours! Do yourself a favour, pay the extra money for a visit to the Ten Spot-you won’t regret it! Thank you for a 10/10 experience, Kyla.. I can’t wait to come back for another pedi! 🧡read more
