I’ve been looking for a great brow person for years! My sister recommended Jen to me and I could not be happier. Even though it takes me 45 minutes in traffic to get to a 20 minute appointment.. as long as Jen is there I’ll keep coming back. She’s amazing at what she does and she’s the sweetest person too. Amazing service every single time. My eyebrows started as an uneven mess but now they always look flawless after an appointment with Jen. She knows what she's doing while still keeping your requests in mind and works towards what is best for you. The staff always make sure everything is comfortable and to your liking and the results are always impeccable. Jen is amazing. My eyebrows have never looked so good. She made me feel very at ease during my first eyebrow wax and tint with her. She knows what she is talking about and is incredibly meticulous. I wont let anyone else touch my eyebrows!

Jen is the best! She performed an absolute miracle with my eyebrows and she is now the only person I let go near them. I’ve also been for a couple of facials with her and my skin feels amazing after (it’s also the most relaxing hour of life). After my first facial she helped me find a cleanser and exfoliater that works really well for my skin and I’m so happy with them! I 100% recommend going to see her.read more

I had an amazing experience at The Ten Spot in Westmount a little over two weeks ago. The place is so clean and the staff is amazing. I had my first Brazilian wax with Jessica and to say she was amazing would be a total understatement! I was a little nervous for obvious reasons but she immediately put me at ease and calmed literally every single one of my initial worries. She is a true professional at what she does and has such a knack for making great conversation which helps you forget what's actually going on. I never once felt uncomfortable which is saying a lot considering the area being waxed. Her after-care tips were also extremely helpful and the results were amazing. If you're considering a Brazilian wax and nervous about it - I highly recommend her! I will definitely be returning to Jessica and definitely look to The Ten Spot for some of their other services in the future 🙂read more

Jen is a miracle worker and the best person for your eyebrows and facials. Do not let another person touch your face and I’m not joking. I did my eyebrows once before her and they got a bit messed up but she saved them. Also since she suggested a skincare routine, my face has never felt so good. Don’t walk, run to go see her! Also if you need your nails done, go to Jess. She is cares so much about her work, just like Jen and her inner OCD comes out and your nails will be absolute perfection. I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done. I am in the middle of a brow correction and Jen is making me feel super comfortable during a process that is is naturally super annoying. She has impeccable communication skills, detailing during each appointment what she is doing and what I can expect at the next appointment—she sets expectations every step of the way. I went here for the first time on Saturday to get my eyebrows threaded and a bikini waxing. I loved that I was able to book online the night before and was able to choose an hour that was convenient for me. I loved the decor, it made the space feel very bright and welcoming. I had the best experience at The Ten Spot with Jen this past weekend. The spa itself was so modern and updated but also very zen, like I was able to finally take a deep breath when I walked in. The staff was impeccably professional, and the cleanliness protocols during each service were unmatched by any place I've ever been. The effort and attention to detail is much appreciated. Not only is Jen a really nice and cool person but she's the best esthetician I've ever had and does the best job on every service she does. I used to be a regular customer of hers when she worked in Kingston but since she left, I have not been able to have an experience close to what she used to give me. I've been to other people but it absolutely doesn't compare so I travel all the way from Ontario to go to Jen for my eyebrows and facials and will continue to do so - that's how good she is. I won't let anybody else near my brows or skin and I'm willing to travel 250 kilometers just to see her. 10/10 - if you're looking for a brow and facial queen, look no further and go see Jen NOW!read more

Really happy I found Jen here who is a master of brow shaping and all waxing needs. Very pleased with my experience here so far. Love the fact that I don’t have to worry about looking for parking. (There’s a metered lot next door) Love the fact that I can book a same day appointment online. It’s always clean, bright and not overcrowded. Reception is always friendly. She is a true professional and everything you'd expect from someone with tons of experience in her field. Meticulous, kind, caring and highly skilled at her work. In a job where she sees multiple clients a day, she still manages to make every client feel important and takes her time with everyone ensuring the job is done correctly. I see her every month for waxing services and I literally never walk out disappointed. Besides being an excellent esthetician, she will make you laugh and give you great advice (aesthetics related or not). With everything that's going on, you really want to make sure you get your nails done in a place that is clean and makes sure staff and customers are protected. It was my second time there and the staff is very friendly and professional. Most importantly its very clean. They do not reuse the nail files or skin exfoliation tools. They change it for each customer which most places do not do. I had a pedicure with Jen and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!read more
