What an amazing experience at The Ten Spot Westboro! The spa is spotless, modern, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The entire team is friendly, professional, and truly goes out of their way to make clients feel welcome.

A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind and comforting when I called and came in feeling hesitant about booking a waxing treatment. Her professionalism and reassuring manner really helped put me at ease before my appointment — she set the tone for a great experience.

Jessica and Mallory were absolutely outstanding. They’re both highly skilled, knowledgeable, and gentle — a perfect combination of expertise and care. I felt completely comfortable throughout the session, which I never thought possible after a previous, very painful experience elsewhere.

I got a brow/lash tint with Sky at the Westboro location. She was super friendly and clearly explained every step of the process. She matched my natural red tone perfectly. I highly recommend booking with her if you need services done.

Had a 30-minute facial with Keira who was so lovely and took great care. Would definitely go back and request her.

The only thing is the background music in the storefront overpowered the spa music in the facial room and that's a bit silly. But the service and products and staff were great!

I’m not one to normally write reviews, but given the cost of the service and the outcome, I’m so disappointed. I had heard such good things about TENSPOT, I figured I would give it a try.

I will say, in the salon the outcome didn’t look so bad. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever received, but I didn’t notice anything major. Once I got home and was able to look at them thoroughly, I noticed so many issues and poor application of colour, or maybe just not enough.

I don't trust anyone with my brow wax other than Skye at The Ten Spot! I come back every month to see her, she is the absolute best.

I also got the standard facial from Kira and it was simply delightful. My skin looks and feels way better and I will definitely be back for another treatment with her.

Had my first visit this week. Came in for a shellac manicure and had a lovely experience. I used to go to the one in the Glebe but this will now be my go-to. Better service and better results. Recommend!
