Apsara did my lashes with a tint and lift and they look the best they're ever looked. 1 week later they still look perfect, best experience I've had with a tint! I will definitely be asking for her by name when I book again

I had a great experience with a gel manicure. I rarely get a manicure and found myself quite indecisive on choosing a colour, too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and took the time to explain how gel mani works. I enjoyed the fresh feel of the space and appreciated the info shared on how hygiene is practiced. I'm writing this review 5 days after my visit, and the mani looks as fresh today as it did on day 1. Thank you Shawana for your care, kindness and attention to detail with this manicure.

I had my nails done by Christine for my wedding, she did an incredible job! My nails were in brutal shape, she fixed everything up and gave me exactly what I asked for. The staff were so accommodating and kind. Everything was very clean and professional. This was the best manicure experience I have ever had!

Recently new to this location as Aspara now works here since the Bay location shut. Been receiving all sorts of services (especially threading and laser) from Aspara for over 5 years now and refuse to go anywhere else for these services. Aspara is so kind and does such a good job! Highly recommend as she’s the only person I trust with my brows 😊

Went today for the first time and had a pedicure. This place is fantastic! The services were good, and the salon is lovely. I felt extremely welcome there and will be using it as my regular place moving forward. Highly recommended.

UPDATE FROM MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. Christine who manages summerhill location is amazing. She went above and beyond to give me the Ten Spot experience. Today I had a quicki facial done with one of the aestheticians Valeria she was kind, knowledgeable, and provided a relaxing experience using quality products. I will definitely be coming back thank you for giving me the experience I was looking for.

I did shellac & mani pedi in this location about 2 weeks ago. The staff were really good, friendly and quite gentle which I loved about this place. My only problem which makes me get 4 stars is, it started chipping after a week… which it might be the material that they are using. Considering the price which is not low, I expected a better quality from this.
Everything else was great and I enjoyed it.

These folks will take great care of you. Tricia at the front desk is super friendly and super helpful. The estheticians do a fantastic job. Always happy with my waxing.

Christina is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to her for my waxing needs and she always make me feel comfortable and at ease. Her attention to detail is impressive, and she take the time to ensure that every area is perfectly smooth!

This location has such a warm and friendly atmosphere! I’ve had a few different services with Christina and I’m impressed every time. I cannot recommend her enough!

Absolutely love this place for a brazillian wax, I was so scared getting a wax done for the first time in 5 years and Christina was so patient with me and great vibes! Definitely recommend!

Christina continues to do quality work on my nails. She is very willing to change things up if I want to keep improving upon what I have. She's also a pleasure to talk with. Calm and always smiling. I think when paying for a service, there shouldn't be any tense moments. It's your euphoric time to chill and relax.

My esthetician was fabulous! She was thorough, asked for my feedback throughout the service and did and excellent job. Very impressed and will absolutely be back to see her again 🙂

I’ve been going to Ten spot for years for all my waxing. I followed Ranju over from the old annex location. She is the sweetest and always does a clean thorough job! She makes willingly pulling my own hair out 100% with it every time!

So happy to have tried out this place. Valeria was kind, attentive and made some great recommendations after my facial. My skin is glowing, thank you. I will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I had my first facial from Valeria, and it didn't disappoint. Scents were amazing and it was relaxing, to the point I was almost in a dream state. My wife and daughter had their nails done, and both came out with amazing results. The owner, Christina, was super friendly and informative. Definitely recommend to anybody who's interested in some self care and a day of pampering!!

It was my first time at the Ten Spot & I thought that it was very good. Ranju did my manicure & pedicure & was great!

I did the underarm laser hair removal and it was so quick and easy. Jasmine was lovely as it was my first time. She took the time to explain what she was going to to and what to expect. It was over in minutes and not painful at all! I am totally coming back to this 10 Spot!! April 2023.

So I have gone back to the 10 spot summerhill several times this past year and just remembered I should update my review.

I went back for a pedi in Dec 2023 and May 2024 and they were both great. My feet were in bad shape and I felt terrible for the nail technicians. They did an amazing job and my feet were so smooth and the polish job was so nice.

I did go for a facial this weekend with Val. We did a super fun girls spa day with 4 of us. I admit I felt so relaxed during the hand and arm massage I did fall asleep. I came out and my friends said I was glowing.

Christina gave me a Gel Mani. It was my first time going to The Ten Spot and my first time getting a Gel Mani. It turned out perfectly and Christina did an amazing job with my nasty overgrown cuticles. which was a focus for me. The shop is immaculate, friendly and very professional. All good. I'll be back.

A lot of care and concern is taken to keep this environment spotlessly clean and welcoming. The services are all top notch, I have had too many to mention. Very courteous staff.

Quick, efficient, ALWAYS friendly and great hospitality! This is the only place I go in the city to ensure my nails aren’t hurt, filed down or damaged. I would recommend to anyone interested in a shellac mani or pedi.

I've been in twice for a manicure with Valeria and then with Gale. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is clean & vibrant. The owner, Christina, was very generous in making me feel welcome. It's so lovely to have this location open up close to home.

I also had a facial treatment with Christina, which felt like the way a child wants to be pampered by its parent. I could have stayed relaxing all day; I did not want my treatment to end.

Francesca at The Ten Spot (Summerhill) gave me an amazing, stellar facial! Her touch is perfect, and the accompanying massage was to die for. I just got home, and I've already booked my next appointment!

I had the best BIAB gel manicure today done by Shawana! She was so gentle and meticulous, and took her time to make sure every nail was perfect. My nails have never felt better! The place was also very clean and spotless, which is so important. Can’t wait to return!

Though I have visited other locations of the Ten Spot in the past, it was my first time at the Ten Spot Summerhill. I met Amanda for my pedicure appointment and she had such a kind and pleasant manner. Her work was excellent! She gave so much attention to detail in making sure my feet looked great! I really appreciated that. We had a wonderful conversation during the appointment as well. Overall, I was so pleased with my experience at the Ten Spot Summerhill and will definitely be returning! I also got to meet the owner of this particular location at the cash desk who really took the time to hear my positive experience. Highly recommend the Ten Spot Summerhill!

Absolutely love this location! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly and well taken care of. I've seen Christina three times now - twice for gel manicures and once for a pedicure and couldn't be happier with the results - the whole experience, really. She's a delight to talk with and a genius with nail art. I just pick out colours and let her creativity and skill take the lead!

I had been to the Yonge and Lawrence Ten Spot and decided to try the new one near my home. I was greeted Christina and her staff and provided with refreshments, and a friendly atmosphere. The place is spotless. My pedicure and manicure were excellent. I loved the wax treatment on my toes. It is more expensive than other salons with non-English speaking staff, but well worth it.
