how do i sign up for the x.club membership?
the x.club memberships are sold online and in bar. to sign up online visit our bar’s pages and hit the “buy a membership” button. you can find our list of canadian bars here and us bars here.

how old do i have to be to sign up for the x.club membership?
you must be age 13 years or older and a legal resident of the united states or canada to be eligible for participation. persons under the age of 18 (“minors”) must obtain their parents’ or legal guardians’ consent prior to participation.

how do i get the benefit service each month?
each month x.club members have a credit to their account to redeem discounts, aka: either 1 or 2 benefit service (depending on the membership you choose). remember the benefit is any service under $65. the discount will automatically be applied to your services upon check out – easy as pie!

fbenefit services only apply to the goin’ steady package (1 included benefit service under $65/mo) and the all-in (2 included benefits services each under $65/mo). x.club members can choose which service(s) in the month to apply as the benefit. in addition to 10% off all other services + retail purchases – woohoo!

how do i cancel my x.club membership?
we’re super sorry that you didn’t love your x.club membership. luckily you can cancel hassle-free anytime after the 3 month starter period seven (7) days prior to the beginning of the next membership month. please note x.club members cannot cancel online, but you can cancel over the phone or email by simply contacting the bar where you signed up. you will be able to use your perks right up until your next billing date, and you’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email once the manager cancels your x.membership.

is there a fee to cancel my x.club membership?
there is no charge to cancel the x.club membership after the required min. 3 months commitment.

can i freeze my membership?
yes, you can freeze your x.club membership if you need to without penalty – this is a perk of being an x.club member. you will not be charged during a freeze period. please note you are only allowed to freeze for 1 month per year and must notify the bar by emailing notice to the location at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. you will not earn membership perks while your plan is frozen.

can x.club members share their memberships with friends or fam?
no, only x.club members can get the ‘benefit service(s)’ each month and enjoy the x.club membership pricing on other services + products. however, we have tons of promotions in store for x.club members, including some that will extend to guests of your choice (one of the many perks of being an x.club member!)

what happens if i want to get more than one service in an appointment?
x.club members can choose what service they would like as their benefit service(s).

example: you get the pedi + a brazilly®. choose what service you want as your included benefit service and the other service would be discounted to the x.club member-only price (10% off).

can the x.club membership be coupled with another discount or promotion?
negatory. the benefit  service and memberships pricing discounts can’t be coupled with any other discounts or promotions.

are memberships priced the same across all markets?
you bet! canada and the us have the same pricing (keep in mind that even though the pricing is the same the currency will be different).

example the all in x.club membership:

  • canada: $85/mo cnd
  • usa: $85/mo usd

what happens if i purchase an x.club membership at one location, am i able to redeem my benefit service at another?
totally! you can use your x.club membership at any 10spot® in the country it was purchased in.

do memberships expire?
nope. memberships will auto-renew each month.

will the membership charges automatically recur each month?
yes, membership charges will automatically recur each month. based on the pricing of the program you have chosen, you will be charged to your credit card beginning the day you sign up and continuing monthly on the same day of the month for the duration of the membership.

i didn’t have a chance to use my included benefit service this month, help!
don’t worry, you’ve got some wiggle room. included benefit services, not used within the month, will rollover for 30 days. after the 30 days, the benefit will expire.
