My first experience here was unfortunate, mostly because their menu online did not match with their services in-person. There was also major miscommunication when I arrived and realized they couldn’t get my gels removed.They do not do gels here, I... would recommend confirming your service before showing up.Though, after I left with no service, the staff tried to make it right by following up which was very gracious.After getting my nails done there, the staff were very kind to try to make their customers happy and satisfied.read more

I went to this location a couple of weeks ago and saw Sajia. She was absolutely amazing, did an incredibly thorough job, and was meticulous about getting rid of every unwanted hair (I went for threading). This was my first time visiting Ten Spot and getting a brazillian done. Overall, I had a really good time! Snehal was great and made the wax procedure as pain free as possible for me. Jyoti was lovely. She took her time with my service and was wonderfully kind in trying to minimize pain form the procedure. I would recommend her specifically. Overall, the location was nice, appeared and felt clean, and was quite comfortable.
