I got 3 services today. Mani/pedi were great, and it’s amazing that they serve coffee. I did have an issue with one service (Brazilian). When I spoke with Kim about it she was very kind and apologized. People in the service industry are human and make mistakes too. Kim offered a discount for my next appointment to make it right, which I am happy with, I’ll give them another shot!

I had the best day thanks to Karley , who not only made my nails look incredible but I had the best time. The staff were so interpersonal and the so was so clean. 10/10 recommend and will be back !

I came in for the first time today and had a great experience! Mikyla did an awesome job on my nails. She paid close attention to detail and they turned out very pretty.

I've had the pleasure of getting my nails done twice now with Victoria. Her attention to detail is amazing! The Ten Spot is super clean and sterile. They have more colour selections than any other salon I've been to, honestly.. SO many! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone! Bonus.. getting to sip on a mimosa with your friends while getting your nails done!

I have been getting my nails done by Victoria for a few months now. Each time she has gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the designs.The atmosphere at the Ten Spot is always great too, the staff are kind and prices are reasonable.
