The staff are really nice and welcoming. They always offer a beverage with the service, which is such a nice touch. I’m very happy with my manicure and pedicure, they’re always done so neatly and look beautiful. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, which makes the whole experience even better.

But for the purpose of constructive criticism: The boots at the door system is messy and wet.No waiting/ seating area- make you sit at a pedi stations which is awkward and not very sanitary. The music / hyper ambient noise is loud and right next to the treatment rooms- NOT relaxing at all. While the services received were excellent- just another get in n' get out space. Not for those looking for a soothing, calm adult environment.
