I had the privilege of experiencing a choice of facial having won a gift certificate at a fundraiser. This experience was beyond anything I had expected. Laura, my esthetician was great. She was professional and gentle. I am certain I feel asleep at some point. I would highly recommend the Ten Spot for this service.

I had my toes done at a “chop shop” a few weeks ago and hated the experience and quality and thought that meant I hated pedicures. Boy was I wrong - Laura did my toes here, and it was a fantastic experience! She was so professional and clean and now I know I DO love pedicures - when they’re done well! I’d definitely recommend.

Getting serviced here has become my monthly treat to myself. I've never had a bad experience in the past few months that I've been coming to this location, I love how friendly the staff is behind the counter and in the wax rooms. I'm happy with how they make sure everything's good during your wax, and I love how long my underarms stay bare.

I love this place. I have had amazing experiences with Charlie and Leah. I would recommend both of them, especially if you are someone with sensitive cuticles or nailbeds. Charlie cracks me up and we laugh so much when I come in. Leah has a calming chill vibe. Both are very knowledgeable about the products especially for folks with sensitive skin. Highly recommend!!

There was a great cooking show on TV and chill music playing in the background. Overall the perfect experience and I will definitely return 🙂

Welcoming staff, terrific esthetician who listened and gave me a first class manipedi. On the negative side many nail polishes were past prime, separated, thick but I found one that did work. Wish there was a combined manipedi price. I’ll be back for sure.

Charlie was amazing - not only did I get a beautiful gel mani but felt like it doubled as a comedy show. I was tearing up from laughing. By far - best experience at a nail salon ever. The space is clean and welcoming and is free from that chemical smell you usually run into in these types of spaces. I love it here :’)

Had my first ever Brazilian wax - was extremely nervous, but my nerves were relieved as soon as my appointment started. Will definitely be a regular customer, and big shout out to Leah who was very kind and patient.

Two things…got a great pedi, she did a great job on some challenging feet! Secondly, I was impressed by the respectful and professional manner in which a staff member handled a challenging phone call. All round…a great experience.

Love this location so much! All the staff are great and it’s always clean, consistent experience every time. Claire is so nice and organized, and Gabby does amazing nail art! I’ve been going for two years and won’t get my nails done anywhere else.

I’ve been coming here for the last year and have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everyone there is so friendly and Charlie specifically is always a pleasure to see. I had never had a wax when I first started coming and she always makes the experience as comfortable and painless as possible. 100/10 experience always!!!

I have been going to Ten Spot for 5 years now and have gone for pedicures, wax and laser hair removal! I always have a pleasant experience with everyone there. A special shout out to Charlie for always keeping track of what I have been up to and remembering details to ask me about next time I’m in. She’s very personable and turns what could feel like an awkward interaction in to a warm, inviting and enjoyable experience. Given that some treatments can create pain, I never feel that way or notice because of her attention to keeping up conversation and making the treatment as comfortable as possible! 10 stars Charlie !

Sanitary and friendly service but the results aren’t the greatest. My manicure looks like it’s a few days old already since the cuticle wasn’t pushed enough in my opinion to paint the whole nail. However the aesthetician who took care of me was new to the industry so maybe some of the more experienced aestheticians there might be better. I also found out they don’t do any fills or repairs.
