The place itself is so cute and clean. Both people working were super friendly and professional. I had Jordana as my esthetician and she was amazing. My nails look great. Would absolutely recommend.

This is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. Yes you pay a bit more than you would at the “cheaper” nail salons but they really do a good job! The shellac manicure is perfect and lasts longer than from those other places. They take their time with you and above all this place is hygienic! The staff is also very personable. You really get a proper salon experience here.read more

Wow, the service was incredible. They went above and beyond to make me happy and I am so thankful! They were over the moon accommodating. What an enjoyable experience... this is by far one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in such a long time. I had several treatments here, all of which were booked online. Waxing, mani and pedi. All services were exceptional from beginning to end. I was greeted warmly by management and Treated with respect and care by Josie. She’s a wax expert and took great care with my delicate areas. She truly loves what she does, and you can tell. The level of attention to detail and professionalism is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past.She was an absolute pleasure. She did all my treatments and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her work. Ten Spot is my new fave salon, not just for the netflix and wax service but for the customer care and employee expertise. Had my first pedicure at the new location and had a nice experience. The technician was extremely gentle and detailed. Checked up constantly to ensure I was pleased. The products used also have a pleasent scent and you didn’t smell any chemicals.

The girl who’s been doing my waxing, Mandy, is amazing. Before this I was driving to Toronto because I couldn’t find a local place in Durham that I liked. The online booking is also super handy, even if only to see what days/times they’re available before calling in.read more

Serena is the most amazing person to do your care at Ten spot! I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER has such a great Pedicure as what I had today. Her attention to detail was so impressive. Over and over she went meticulously until it was perfect. No one has ever done the tips of my toenails but she did. Her kindness to assist me with my minor disability was heart warming. I am SOOOO pleased with the cleanliness, efficiency, friendliness and the team work that I saw amongst the technicians. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I felt as a client that I MATTERED to them. I greatly appreciate my time there and will not hesitate in future to recommend this facility in Ajax. They are above and beyond many others in the same field! THANK YOU SERENA!!! You are a true blessing to those you serve! Shout out to the Manager also. I have had my eyes on Ten Spot for a while. It's a cute little spa conveniently located close to shopping areas in Ajax. My feet were desperate for some TLC after 3 months in lock-down. Booking an appointment for a pedicure was very convenient through the website. I picked Serena based on other positive reviews. I was greeted right on time and felt safe and that precautions were taken given COVID. The spa is very clean and hygienic. I'll be back and will highly recommend!read more

What can I say but thank you, thank you, thank you. The three young ladies treated me like a queen. The service is 'spot on' (pardon the pun). I went in to have my nails done and I was so happy with the results. I can now show off my beautiful nails. As a nice surprise, I got a free pedi, which runs until the end of May for new customers. I just wanted to start off by saying before going to the Ten Spot, I have had a lot of different people thread my eyebrows with varied experiences. I have just recently started to see Serena at the Ten Spot and WOW. Let me just say, on top of being extremely kind, welcoming, and a really good listener, I told her she has magic hands! Her threading technique has been almost painless (which is a nice change, because like I said, I have had many different experiences with threading...) and my eyebrows come out looking amazing every time. Amazing staffs. Ten spot service is outstanding. I took my mom for pedicure, it was her first time trying shellac pedi. We just loved it. Especially the hygienic environment and they keep cleaning the pedicure stations frequently.

I visited the Ten Spot Ajax for the first time today, and was very happy. The facility is lovely and very clean. All of the staff were very friendly. Jordana did my pedicure and was very meticulate, asked me on multiple occasions if I was happy with how the pedicure was going - ie. nail shape, nail colour etc. Excellent service!read more

I’ve been to Ten Spot twice, both for full leg laser with Chinita. She was absolutely amazing!! She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. After my first session I saw what feels like more than 50% shedding, the remaining hair was growing very sparsely. I just had my second session and can’t wait to see the results. I will definitely be going back to her for more treatments.read more

I like this place because they do not grind your nails down with that machine grinder, everything is natural so you don’t end up with damaged nails in the process. It was the best condition I have seen my nails after shellac. The staff is also very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. It’s a bit pricier, but worth it for the great service and work they do! 💅💗read more

I have had 2 laser hair removal appointments now with Josie for legs. Having never done laser, Josie was very friendly, patient and understanding of me being nervous. She also offers great tips for best results. As for COVID precautions, I don’t think I’ve ever seen more than 6/7 people in the building. Everyone’s wearing masks and everyone looks very sanitary. I will be going back for subsequent laser sessions!read more
